Credit Where Credit is Due: The big-hearted, very patient Simon Brooks helped me get started setting up this website. Karen Wollscheid designed the original of the “Andy Davis, Storyteller” banner for an earlier website, and Simon reconstructed it. Simon, Steve Kowal, Barbara Ann Paster, Megan Chapman, Nancy Salwen, Chuck Collins, Bill Harley, and Fiona Davis-Walsh took the photos. Oh, and that drawing in the logo? That was a collaboration between two artists who never met. The likeness of my head was drawn on the streets of Havana in 2004 by a talented woman whose name I didn’t catch. When I decided I wanted to use it for a logo, I asked my artist-niece Karyna Vargas to “give me a hand.” (She did.)
